Terms & Conditions:
 

Competition is run by Renzo Corp Pty Ltd atf Renzo Family Trust trading as Green Door Realty.
 

1. Eligibility

  a. Property must be sold & settled before the 31st October 2025 exclusively through Green Door Realty, with        no conjunctions.

  b. You can only enter if you are the rightful title holder of the property.

  c. One entry per home sold.

  d. Not just follow but like our Facebook and Instagram's pages and share the competition to your personal

      Facebook and Instagram.

  e. Upon successful settlement of the property a Google review and Facebook review be placed by one of the        title holders in a positive manner. Green Door Realty will supply links to this for easy access.

  f. Seller/s must be in the area Green Door Realty are able to sell in.
 

2. Fees

  a. Full commission and marketing fees must be paid by the seller(s).

  b. If an auction is selected, full auction fees must also be paid by the seller(s).

  c. All legal fees are the responsibility of the seller(s).

3. Offers

  a. Seller(s) will not refuse any reasonable offers.

4. Buyers Agents

  a. Buyers Agents are welcome to assist, as their fees will be covered by purchasers.

5. Photography

  a. The seller(s) agrees to have photography conducted when the property is sold.

  b. Winner(s) agrees to have their photograph taken when receiving the prize and permits Green Door Realty 

      to share this imagery across all social media platforms and electronic transmissions.

 

6. Competition Duration

  a. The competition will run from 1st November 2024 to 31st October 2025.

7. Prize

  a. The prize is $10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Dollars) not paid in physical cash but by EFT.

  b. Winner(s) will be drawn on Saturday, 8th November 2025, at a venue to be announced closer to the date   

      where all entrants will be invited to see the draw live. If the winner/s are not present they will be notified by

      way of, phone call & email. Green Door Realty will contact the winner using the above information.

  c. Winner(s) will be announced on Green Door Realty's Facebook & Instagram pages on the same date.

8. Notification

  a. Winner(s) will be notified by phone call and email on 8th November 2025 by 8pm. Green Door Realty will

      use the contact information provided herein.

9. Identification

  a. Winner(s) must provide identification to collect the prize.

​

10. Payment Timeline

  a. Prize money will be paid no later than 30th November 2025. If the winner(s) cannot be contacted or

      located, they agree that the prize money can be paid after this date when they are found. Prize money will

      be transferred electronically to the prize winner/s nominated account/s.

  b. In the event more than one account is being paid each person signing this agreement agree that the

      money will be paid equally.

 

11. Redraw 

  a. If the prize winner cannot be contacted or located, the prize will be redrawn three months later on

     8th February 2026.
